2010 Cinema Eye Honors for Nonfiction Filmmaking

Donal Mosher’s 'October Country'

The Cinema Eye Honors, which recognize excellence in artistic achievement in nonfiction filmmaking, announced the nominees for the 2010 event.  Louie Psihoyos’ The Cove led the field with seven nominations, followed by Danish film Burma VJ, by director Anders Østergaard, and Michael Palmieri and Donal Mosher’s debut feature October Country, each receiving five nominations.

The Cinema Eye Honors for Nonfiction Filmmaking will be held at the Times Center in New York City on January 15, 2010.
