Independent Film Festival Cinemalaya Announces Semi-Finalists for 2009

Independent Film Festival Cinemalaya unveiled its 2009 semi-finalists to be held July 17 to 26, 2009 at the Cultural Center of the Philippines. From these eighteen semi-finalists, ten will be chosen and will be announced by Cinemalaya on December 22, 2008.
