The Midwest Independent Film Festival unveiled their list of nominees for 2013 Best of the Midwest Awards. The Midwest Independent Film Festival in Chicago, describes itself as the nation’s only film festival solely dedicated to the Midwest filmmaker, presenting audiences with regionally produced independent cinema every first Tuesday of the month.
