The spellbinding new film The Love Witch from Oscilloscope Laboratories have been added to the lineup of the 42nd Seattle International Film Festival.
Directed by Anna Biller (Viva, 2007), The Love Witch is a vivid tribute to ’60s Technicolor thrillers about a modern-day witch who uses spells and magic to get men to fall in love with her. Cast includes Samantha Robinson, Gian Keys, Laura Waddell, Jared Sanford, Jeffrey Vincent Parise, Jennifer Ingrum, and Robert Seeley.
“We are delighted to give Seattle audiences a first look at this fun throwback and ode to the thrilling Technicolor era of 1960s cinema before its theatrical release in fall 2016,” says SIFF Festival Director and Chief Curator Carl Spence.
The Love Witch will screen on Saturday, June 11 at 9:00pm at SIFF Cinema Uptown.
