The indie psychological thriller, drama Behind the Mirror directed by Minos Papas, is set to have its hometown screening at the 2016 Hudson Valley International Film Festival.
Shot in 2013 in Greene County, NY, “Behind the Mirror” is a feature film about Xavier (Matt Hopkins), a traumatized writer who recently moved to the town of New Rome with his wife, Sandra (Daniella Mastropietro), and their two children, for a new start in life. When the locals harass him over his objections to the construction development on the riverbank, Xavier Lashes out. A psychological thriller / drama about one man’s struggle with social norms and the shadow self. Directed by Minos Papas and written by Nicolas D. Sampson.
