Amazon released the official trailer for Encounter, the sci-fi thriller film starring Riz Ahmed, Octavia Spencer, Janina Gavankar, Rory Cochrane and Lucian-River Chauhan.
Directed by Michael Pearce, Encounter premiered at the 48th Telluride Film Festival and opens in theaters on December 3rd, 2021 and on Prime Video on December 10th, 2021.
In the film, Riz Ahmed stars as a decorated Marine on a rescue mission to save his two young sons from a mysterious threat. As their journey takes them in increasingly dangerous directions, the boys will need to leave their childhoods behind.
