ABOUT THE FESTIVAL

The Barbados Independent Film Festival is an international film festival committed to enlightening the work of emerging filmmakers, producers and actors while identifying champions and solutions for a better world. The BFF will hold its First Edition in the newly constructed Walled Garden Theatre (WGT) adjacent to what is today the Barbados National Museum & Historical Society. Formerly a British military prison, the Museum, the adjoining Garrison and Bridgetown are designated UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
