The 37th Vancouver Queer Film Festival (VQFF), taking place in person September 11-21, 2025 and online September 22-28, 2025, revealed the entire lineup featuring 100 films from 25 countries centering 2SLGBTQIA+ creators and stories.
Desire Lines directed by Jules Rosskam is the winner of the RBC Narrative Change Award at the 2024 Vancouver Queer Film Festival (VQFF). The Gerry Brunet Memorial Award: Best British Columbia Short prize went to directors David Ng and Jen Sungshine for Drag Is For Everyone.
From September 11-22, 2024, audiences will catch 97 films from 25 countries, with 28 features, 5 series debuts, 64 short films, authored by 2SLGBTQIA+ creators and centred on 2SLGBTQIA+ protagonists, at the 36th annual Vancouver Queer Film Festival (VQFF).
