Following its world premiere at Telluride Film Festival, A24 released the official trailer for C’mon, C’mon, Mike Mills’ deeply moving moving black and white film starring Academy Award winner Joaquin Phoenix as an artist left to take care of his precocious young nephew after his mother’s death.
Johnny (Joaquin Phoenix) and his young nephew (Woody Norman) forge a tenuous but transformational relationship when they are unexpectedly thrown together in this delicate and deeply moving story about the connections between adults and children, the past and the future, from writer-director Mike Mills.
C’mon, C’mon also starring Gaby Hoffman and Woody Norman, will next screen at the New York Film Festival on October 4, 2021.
