Written and directed by Chad Ferrin, Pig Killer screens at the upcoming Hollywood Horrorfest on November 4, the opens in theaters on November 17, followed by Digital on November 21
Pig Killer takes audiences on an unflinching journey into the darkest recesses of human depravity, as it graphically depicts Pickton’s felonious farmhouse, a chamber of rape, torture, slaughter, and dismemberment of almost fifty women. With his enigmatic companion, a herculean hog named Balthazar, by his side, Willy and his menacing ensemble of colorful cohorts, held Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside in a grip of terror for nearly two decades, until his arrest in 2002 brought to light one of the most bizarre series of murders Canada has ever seen.
