RRR returns to theaters in March, starting with what is being billed as the world’s largest screening of the film on Wednesday, March 1st and continuing with a national re-re-release back into theaters across the U.S. beginning Friday, March 3rd.

On Wednesday, March 1st, Ram Charan (Alluri Sitarama Raju) will join writer-director S.S. Rajamouli, Golden Globe-winning composer M.M. Keeravaani (songwriter of the Academy Award® nominee for Best Original Song, ‘‘Naatu Naatu”), and additional special guests to be announced, live at the world’s largest screening of RRR. This one-night-only event, the RRR Fan CelebRRRation Live, will be presented by Variance Films, Beyond Fest, and American Cinematheque at The Theatre at Ace Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles.

Starting Friday, March 3rd, the film will hit over 200 theaters across the US via Variance Films and Sarigama Cinemas. The original Telugu version of the film will be back on the big screen, playing everywhere from big-city megaplexes to the leading independent art houses to small town venues, a historic third theatrical release in less than a year.

RRR has received multiple accolades including Best Director for S.S. Rajamouli from the New York Film Critics Circle; an Academy Award® nomination for Best Original Song for M.M. Keeravaani’s “Naatu Naatu,” two Golden Globe nominations and one win (nominated for Best Non-English Language Film and winning Best Original Song for “Naatu Naatu”), five Critics Choice Awards nominations and two wins (nominated for Best Picture, Best Director, Best Visual Effects, and winning Best Original Song and Best Foreign Language Film), been named Best Music/Score and runner-up for Best Director by the Los Angeles Film Critics Association, been named a top 10 film by the National Board of Review, and won over 23 regional/online critics association awards out of dozens of nominations.
